Delete your Kogilu account

Option 1: Delete it in the app

1. Open Kogilu and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm who you are: enter your password, or choose your Google account if you signed in with Google.
4. Tap Delete. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email harshakumar.s159@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Kogilu account”.

Send the email from the address you use to sign in, so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and account ID.
• Your sign-in link with Google, if you used Google sign-in.
• Any usage statistics and device records linked to your account.
• When deleting in the app: your playlists, favourites, listening history, saved queue and search history on that device.

What is kept

• We keep no account data after deletion.
• Your music files are never uploaded, so they are not touched.
• App preferences such as theme and language stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.
• Backup files you exported yourself stay wherever you saved them.

Using the app as a guest? There is no account to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your phone.
